Learning belongs
to everyone.
Supporting children with visual and multisensory impairments to learn, participate, and build independence.

Inclusive education
CADRE-India’s integrated education programme began in 2004. It supports children with visual impairments through school admission, accessible study materials, and work with families and teachers.
Support that fits the child
Teaching includes orientation, mobility, daily living skills, and learning readiness. Home-based support reaches children who cannot attend school, including children with multisensory impairments.
Working with families and teachers
Special educators help families continue learning at home. Teaching aids, parent meetings, and teacher training support participation in local schools.
A documented programme journey
The earlier programme account recorded 172 children enrolled in integrated education and eight teachers trained. These are historical reported figures, rather than a current total.
